"Staff was helpful & very accommodating."

"The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The main issues my family faced was the noise from people coming in around 2am & talking loudly in the hallway. We were there for an early soccer tournament so our night was often disrupted. We were put on the first floor which I will never accept again. Also through Expedia, we were offered “multiple beds” but in the end it was only a king bed & an uncomfortable sofa bed with a weird trundle bed underneath. I do not plan to use this...

"We liked that everything smelled fresh and clean. I notice pillows especially and these smelled very fresh."

"Everything was wonderful and easy from start to finish. Hotel staff is attentative and always available. The rooms were extremely nice. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel"

"The rooms were dirty, bed was dirty and there were roaches in the room"

"It was very noisy. There needs to be door seals between adjoining rooms so that loud conversations aren’t heard. It made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Hotel needs updating also."

"Terrible stay I’m sick and tired of not getting what I payed for"

"Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video. The front desk blamed Expedia for the reservation issues. We were then charged for an additional room, even though our king suite had a sofa bed that could accommodate us. We returned the extra room key and requested...

"My overall stay at the Hilton was great. I have no complaints comfy bed spacious room enough for me and my son clean peaceful environment definitely would stay again."

"Given wrong room. Shower and hot water were not working. Staff did move us to the room we were supposed to have for the second night and the hot water worked. So that was helpful. However, hotel is running down and showing wear. We stayed there a year ago and it was much nicer/better experience."

"Overpriced. This is essentially a DIY facility. Need more towels? You can get them from the front desk yourself. Have a clogged toilet, you can fix that yourself. The front desk staff were more than happy to provide us with those items - we just had to come and get them and/or do the work ourselves. Not ideal for a hotel scenario. The lounge furniture in our room SUCKED. The rooms are suites so have living rooms, but the couch and chair in our room were HORRIBLE. Our room was supposed to sleep...

"The lobby is beautiful and the employees were very nice but our room left something to be desired. It smelled stale because the air had obviously been turned off for some time and the bathroom had wallpaper peeling off the wall. Ran out of toilet paper the first night because there was not a fresh roll in the bathroom on arrival and the tissue paper box had one tissue in it. A german cockroach was found alive in the bathroom as well. No room service upon return either. The beds had wrinkled...

"The bedding was substandard, and the linens appeared significantly aged. While the bathroom has been renovated to a high standard, the breakfast experience was merely adequate. It appears the level of service and quality provided is commensurate with the price point."

"Todo muy bien"

"Clean room"

"Our stay began at check-in where 2 other guests in front of me were arguing with the front desk agents about their rooms without acknowledging us. 10minutes later I was able to get my room. Ive stayed at Hyatt properties 3-4 times per year for over 24 years, but this room was the most unpleasant room of all. The temperature was unbearable (hot) and guests are unable to adjust the thermostat (that's an old hotel engineering trick). We ended up leaving the window and the door open as I slept in...
