What a pleasant surprise this hotel was for us! From check-in to check-out and everything in between, we found it to be a great experience. We had the flexibility to extend our stay, and we certainly didn't hesitate with our choice of staying here another night. The change was quickly made for us. We appreciate the assistance in making that change.

Room mix up during registration. Was initially given a two bedroom/bathroom suite that I did not reserve. Then was moved to a handicapped room with handicapped shower that wet the floor, making it dangerous for us to walk on when utilizing the bathroom sink while one of us was showering. No bathroom countertops due to wheel chair accessibility, making it difficult for two women to apply facial care and makeup. Should have received the correct room since my reservation was booked well in advance to our stay.

Hotel is nice and clean. It is old (dishwasher was coming out of the wall) but fairly well maintained. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Service could have been better. Enjoyed my brief stay.

Staff at this location treated us well, were always friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The design of our suite was SO practical, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen. The breakfast was included and always fresh. Recommend this hotel, easy to access Philly and local attractions.

I had a great stay and even when the heat in my room broke I was delivered new keys to a new room in less than ten minutes. I felt very well taken care of.

The first room we were in the bed broke they were great at moving us but the second bed was so hard. They should invest in better mattresses and or have a memory foam topper available for their short term staying guests

I stayed here during the weekend of my wedding. I booked a 2 bedroom suite which I was pleased with. The room was clean and there was complimentary breakfast. The only problem I had with this place is there were a lot of kids here at the property getting in and out of the pool and they left water all over the elevator.

What I didn’t like is that fact I put $250 down for security. Then I needed to stay an extra night they charged me an extra $150. The hotel was already holding $250 from my major credit card. Another $125 is crazy

The 2 rooms suite met our needs for our family. Several things did not work - the room dishwasher did not work, the computer room printer did not work the entire 11 days we were there, the pool was supposed to open but did not and one bathroom toilet ran most of the time, wasting a lot of water.

The property needs to upgrade/ fix the furniture in the rooms. The carpet and the couch was filthy. Also I was advised that there was no housekeeping on the weekends. However the amenities were nice.

I’ll keep it short. No wifi at New Year’s Eve and 2 days after. An outage for the whole hotel. I went downstairs and asked for housekeeping that day while I was out. They said yes. Housekeeping never came. It was awful and the hotel is usually good

I can pin point why but the rooms felt gross. The furniture was old and ripped or falling apart. Nothing felt crisp and clean. To be fair I can’t pinpoint something dirty but I would not have been comfortable staying there more than my one night
