"The room was clean. The hotel Lacked up keep of maintenance such as dripping water from the ceiling in the lobby & a broken ice machine. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Pool didn’t have enough towels to dry off for the amount of people using it. "

"I don't know how this place has such high ratings on Expedia. I checked into room 307 on 4/3/26. Everything seemed very nice when I first arrived, but none of that matters when you cannot sleep. 1) Our room had ZERO air conditioning on this particularly warm night. I had already put my kids to bed when I set the thermostat to 64 degrees. However, the room remained at 77 degrees all night. The opened vents blew out warm air all night long. "The room was ok. But our stay was uncomfortable. We heard the couple in the room next ours making LOUD noises (s_x) at night. The hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved to another room. When I let the manager Terry, know what we experienced, she very rude and nasty. Never staying there again. And it’s not because what the couple and their noises, it more so of the manager and how rude she was. And the police was there with tactical shields. SMH. Not sure what happened with that."
