Vivian the front manager is an amazing manager and goes the extra mile to help clients and is always smiling and happy to help. The staff are well trained and the security is excellent. Issues with rooms are resolved promptly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the food in the restaurant is amazing. This is the best hotel in douala for those who need a good European standard hotel with amazing comfort and customer service. Will be returning soon as they made my stay enjoyable. "

I also had the opportunity to use the restaurant, bar and gym where i experienced a very high quality of service. I enjoyed the buffet and the breakfast at the restaurant. It is qorth mentioning that the airport shuttle is very handy, makes your arrival and departure experience smooth.
