"Beautiful and peaceful property in lovely surroundings. Off the beaten track but well worth the effort to find this first class accommodation. May is too early to see the pool filled but when it is this will be a great place to spend several days rather than just the odd 2 night stay that we booked. Very helpful owner and very trusting, offering a "do it yourself drinks facility" stacked with a great range of spirits , beers and ciders."

"Pros: nice well-maintained property. Clean, staff were accommodating. It was centrally located. Cons: At the time that we arrived in the early evening on a Sunday, and pedestrian crowds maybe extremely difficult to find a place to unload and therefore to check in. There are minimal parking spaces in front of the hotel, and we circled the hotel for an hour before we finally resorted to double parking behind someone else to check in. We advise that one bring one’s full allotment of patience....
