"Our family enjoyed our stay, especially the pool and games. The rooms were clean and nice, and staff was helpful. They even have a rental car desk now too, so our car was delivered right to the hotel. The free Wednesday evening food and drinks reception was another bonus. We will definitely stay again when back in San Jose."

At the departure airport, they didn’t let me board the plane because of Yellow Fever vaccination mandate for Costa Rica, put in effect 7 days before my travel. Something I didn’t know anything about and has never been communicated to me before. Expedia and I reached to the hotel for a refund due to extenuating circumstances with no avail.
