"Schöne geräumige, saubere Zimmer. Hunde willkommem. Lift. Super Frühstück."

"Front desk staff extremely helpful. Rooms are small but location is excellent. No coffee maker or fridge in room is a bit of a nuisance. Would stay there again."

"Clean room. Parking was simple. Quiet."

"Large clean room and surprisingly cool considering the temp was 30°C. The 'Chiil Out Room' or common room on our floor was nicely furnished and had a balcony where we enjoyed a pizza. The only challenge was the responsiveness of the electronic keys that would take longer than expected to activate, but did eventually work for the doors and elevator."

"Nice studio apartment only downside there is No AC to control. They say it’s centrally controlled unfortunately we had no AC during a 37 degree stay and could not sleep was unbearable, Did message but got no reply until after we left so suffered with no AC Unfortunately due to this reason would not stay again which is a shame as apartment are nice. Also said they would give a small refund because of AC reason nothing received over a week later."

"Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Right near the train"

"The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars ."

"Bom hotel, porém, sem ar condicionado, o que é inaceitável para esse nível de acomodação!!!!! Se você estiver viajando no verão, considere trocar para uma opção com refrigeração nos quartos. Não é questão de localização, não ter ar condicionado no quarto e nos quartos tornou nossa noite um transtorno, me senti enganado pois nao deixam isso claro nas descrições. Fora isso foi rótulo bem, principalmente por conta da aquipe que tentou ajudar ao máximo!! Obrigado principalmente a Tatiana."

"We loved the place. We had all amenities and were able to cook on our own as well per our taste. Andi was kind - he helped us with local recommendations, getting to know the area, and any troubles/requests we had were taken care of promptly."

"Habitación tipo estudio, pequeña en verano muchísima calor! Atención al cliente muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar."

"Nice"

"Everything listed was untrue. The property was literally unliveable. It is on mountain top and is broke down house with cat and dog smell and really not livable condition. Stay away. This is scam"

"Es ist ein wunderschönes und grosszügiges Apartment mit sensationellem Ausblick, Bad mit Dusche, zwei Toiletten, voll eingerichtete Küche. Allerdings war’s etwas heiss: es gibt keine Klimaanlage nur mobile „Klimageräte“."

"Excelente servicio :D"

"Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. The property also had no air conditioning, which was not made clear beforehand. As a result, the apartment was unbearably hot, and none of...
