"The hotel location was great and our room had a good view of the castle. We stayed for 5 nights. The biggest surprise was when we walked into the room. The room had a bad smell, like sewage/ bathroom smell as we walked in. Once the air conditioning starts going and air starts circulating, smell goes away. But next day when we leave the room taking the key out, AC stops working and when we come back later in the day, the room greets us with a same bad smell. We informed the front desk on the 2nd...

"There was no hand or shower soap, they told us to buy everything at their store. We were 4 persons staying 3 nights and they only give us 2 rolls of toilet paper. Clearly it was not a cabin for us because the two rooms were at the second floor and the only toilet was on the first floor. The staircase was very dangerous for a 72 years old individual who had to use it in the middle of the night. Otherwise we a had a good stay"
