"The hot tub was full of sand and the lady who checked us in was not the friendliest. When we arrived, there was no parking available at the hotel so we had to find parking ourselves the first night we stayed. There weren’t a lot of outlets in the room and a few of them didn’t work. The room was clean and the lady who checked us out was very nice."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Montreal Beach Resort. Everything was easy, check in, parking, beach access and location. Room was excellent with everything like new. Staff were all very pleasant and more than ready to help. The location is excellent with a great ocean view and easy access to the Cape May attractions and dining."

"Had a queen bed with balcony looking towards a baseball field. Felt catfished! Room was super small with just fridge, no dresser, iron, phone to ask for a towel. Our bed was broken. (Literally was missing pieces underneath so you sank when you laid down. Balcony was so small that the chairs could not be turned to face forward nor could 2 people sit sideways comfortably. Bathroom so small to use the toilet you had to open shower door and extend your feet. Weirdest most uncomfortable things ever!...

"Old time motel. Walls are easy to hear through. Air conditioner saved the ability to sleep. Very reasonable price."

"I thought the concept of individual cozy cottages was great. Everything was so neat and tidy. The decor of the cottage was just adorable, and the pool/fire pit area was just as clean and welcoming. I sent pictures and videos to my friends and highly recommend this property!"

"Clean room but needs updating. AC was noisy and inefficient. Balcony overlooking the beach isn’t private so that was disappointing. No coffee shops nearby. Restaurant onsite provided a $5 cup of coffee that was terrible and wasn’t available until after 8am. Grounds are beautiful, pool is clean and heated. Staff are excellent!"

"We felt really welcomed and excited when we arrived the person at the front desk really nice and helpful check us in and she offered us parking and charged station for 2 of my Ev cars which I used. She said those spots are exclusively for EV vehicles. Which one spot was a gas vehicle parked at it. Not a big deal, I used one of the stations and plugged my car for over 6 hours and it charge 10% and I paid $17 for it which it isn’t working for me. "The location is perfect. Beach access right across from property. The boardwalk starts right at the property. Other nearby activities are available as well. The pool was heated and clean. The pool also had lots of lounge seats for guests. Towels also available at the pool. The elevators were tiny and only 2 I knew of. I used the steps when possible. Parking was tight but I did find a spot. If you have a large vehicle you might really struggle with finding a spot. The kitchen was stocked with...

"The room was VERY small. The queen sized bed took up 90% of the room. There was no night stand or end table. No carpeting, which was probably not the worst idea, as the shower water creeped out into the main room. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. No cups or ice bucket for ice. The parking was terrible."

"The iron broke in half when I opened it. Additionally, staff were not available 24 hours a day as advertised, and the bathtub would not drain properly. Despite contacting maintenance multiple times during my stay, the issue was never resolved. Overall, these issues negatively impacted my experience and were not addressed promptly."
