"Las habitaciones son amplias ciertamente, pero el aire acondicionado no se puede regular, si lo dejas apagado da calor y si lo dejas encendido da mucho frío, por lo que tienes que estar levantándote a alternarlo entre encendido y apagado… la puerta del baño no servía pero amablemente lo fueron a arreglar y el minibar (refrigerador) estaba arruinado también, aunque nos ofrecieron hielo (ya que veníamos viajando de paso y traíamos una nevera pequeña)… veníamos de otro hotel en Playa del Carmen...

Peroooo. Ya se nota el paso del tiempo. Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. La regadera con poca presión de agua y el desodorante que utilizan dentro de las habitaciones es de hotel de media estrella.
Por unos pocos pesos más hay mejores opciones."

"La habitación se encontraba limpia. La chica de recepción fue atenta. Hay un Oxxo dos calles atrás del hotel. Tiene su propio restaurante y su bar en la calle de enfrente. Cerca se encuentra la playa. Te puedes ir caminando. Si el hotel tiene ocupación llena en temporada alta, el estacionamiento queda reducido y los vehículos que no alcancen a entrar se quedan afuera o cerca del hotel. Si se hospedan más de 3 personas, te dan 3 toallas. Nosotros éramos 4. Les recomiendo que lleven sus toallas...
