"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casablanca, the room was simply amazing with all the required amenities and more (the bathroom was the definition of luxury) and the staff extremely professional, helpful and efficient. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations. The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. I would've expected a bit more from the front desk staff – they were cold and perfunctory. Upon check-in, the lady that was checking us in was preoccupied with her colleage working beside her, joking with him and also chatting with the customer he was chatting with.
