"Property was beautiful, awesome views, well maintained, clean, breakfast delish and lots of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and catered to your every need and concern. Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get...

"Supremely clean, comfortable and well-located for central Sarajevo. We did have a problem with the bed which we forgot to report, so hopefully the management are monitoring feedback. Room 317 there is possibly a strut broken in the bed. Please check it out. Otherwise brilliant and would highly recommend the rooftop terrace where a few Margaritas went down very well."

"Amazing location, friendly host, good price for money, clean room."

"This stay was part of a multi country itinerary. While the actual stay was good, my post-stay interaction was a trial. Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet. The hotel seemed to block me most of the time. "

Kitchen facility and dinning/ living room area was a amazing touch when it came to eating dinner in around the breakfast bar or very large tea table as a family. "The property is modern, clean and functional. The location isn't bad if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the old town. I would've liked better bedding and sheets, but everything else was fine. I would like to thank the staff responsible for looking after the property as she was so helpful organizing our taxi back to the airport, fantastic customer service."

"Staff on reception smoked and it drifted into our room, but they were helpful. Breakfast was adequate but was same every day. Close to shopping centre, half hour walk to city but a lot of graffiti. "
