"Hotel staff was clueless, took 30 minutes to check in at 5:30, didn’t have rooms cleaned yet. Pool had green mold and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Staff was unfriendly, both maintenance, front desk, and management when alerted to the issues. Breakfast was clean and maintained well, probably the best maintained waffle machine I’ve ever seen. Food was fresh and updated regularly. Fix the front desk courtesy and housekeeping timeliness, and it’d be a 4/5."

"This property needs an update and a complete cleaning. Carpets need replacing. There is hallway odor because of carpets. Eventually a staff member worked on the plumbing. He said the drains were badly stopped up. Pool broken, hot tub broken. Staff not friendly. We left a day early due to discomfort with facility."
