Easy access to lots of eating places and tourist train ride and dolphin viewing cruises. Compared to other apartments this has to be one that is value for money. The staff are very friendly. "Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. "Lovely greeting upon arrival, explaining everything we need to know and what’s around the town. The house was well maintained and has everything you need, a little shop and you don’t even need to leave the house. To top this off the ocean view is absolutely stunning and sitting on the balcony watc hi ng the sunsets was just the best. Would 100 percent recommend and we can wait until the return visit. "

"We were in town for an event and had to stay for a minimum of two nights due to it being Easter weekend as did the other guests at $220 per night which is alot considering it is a basic motel room. There was a large family that had also booked in and we were very disappointed when one group out of this family was asked to leave because their kids had their cousins over for a swim who weren't staying at the hotel.
