"Hot spa was cold on monday 28/9"

"What a lovely little place, not many like it in the Perth area. 100% recommend it if you are looking to spend a few days In the Swan Valley region."

"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...

"Communication with hotel before arrival was amazing and helpful with upgrading for our difficult situation"

"Couldnt fault a thing about this place! Staff were extremely friendly, room was very clean, view from the room was amazing. Location was central for everything! We will definitly be back, thanks :)"

"Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. "The room was spacious and very clean but noisy from other guests"

"Clean rooms and friendly staff are the only reason I haven't given 1 star. Not sure what happened to the Reno's I read about but ours was definitely not. Wonky floors, barely working (flickering) lights, semi functioning blinds and a non-working stove/grill."

"Very clean rooms friendly staff"

"Great quiet location close to medical specialists or hospital, but not much more than a place to sleep and shower. No room service, but has a microwave and some plates and cutlery. My room was not clean, ick."

"Excellent location nor and close to beach."

"Felt like home, made to feel comfortable and welcome above than being just a paying customer"

"今回の滞在非常に満足しました。わからないことがあってもオーナーさんが事細かくフォローしてくれるので心配ありませんでした。"

"The signage for the property is so small that for a moment you feel you are lost ,a bit of confusion from the people as if they did not realise i was booked in, however the bed is so comfy and really had a peaceful sleep "
