"Room was very dirty"

"Beautiful views, loved the automatic gas fireplace, enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Lots to explore, many great hikes. I look forward to staying here again!"

"Property clean though obviously on this lodging is on the older side. Staff friendly & helpful. An in-room refrigerator made occasional (electrical? mechanical? not sure) sounds throughout the night that were noticeable but not sleep disruptive. Room prices were good for such accommodation. I would book here again."

"Room was very pleasant although beds were so high that my 88 year old mother could not climb into them without assistance. Not enough ramps for wheelchair access and none of the doors to the outside had auto open or even a a doorstop to hold it open when wrestling a wheelchair through the door. Ice machine could not be accessed at all from the room without negotiating stairs."

"The guy working at check-in was super friendly. We stayed in the two level suite with a kitchenette. Everything was fine. Would have been nice to have a smaller knife. The only two knives we had were a long bread knife and a large chef knife. I did not ask for a different knife, so I didn't give them an opportunity to fix this. The patio chairs were pretty bad, we didn't even try sitting on them, plus the "patio" was just next to the front door right off the parking lot. Not an easy fix, but a...
