"We were late for breakfast but could go for the late breakfast that was supposed to be viennoiseries and fruit. The viennoiseries were good, but the fruit were plain bananas and apples and there was no milk for the coffee, only creamer. That was quite disappointing."

The host is fluent in 3 languages, the room is perfectly appointed, and the pool and lounge areas are a lovely spot to unwind. Breakfast was perfectly simple French Village style, and enjoyed best on the patio. "We were staying here for an over night stop en route to the alps. Our main reason for booking was that there was a restaurant on site but upon arrival we were informed it was closed. We ended up getting a takeaway baguette for our dinner, eating it in the car park. Not ideal. Breakfast okay but poor selection available and flies all over the food that wasn’t under cover, so pretty stale."
