"This was an amazing place to stay. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and the amenities were great. we will definitely be returning."

"Room was nice, clean and smelled good, pool was big and having the beach in the back was the best by far."

"Great and relaxing stay"

"Nice hotel but kind of dated but great surrounding restaurants."

"Truly outstanding, and very reasonably priced. The building has the “old Florida” charm, with lots of great architectural features. Shula’s restaurant is wonderful and surprisingly easy on the wallet. Lovely pool. We enjoyed our stay very much. This will be our go-to hotel in Naples."

"Un hotel muy acogedor donde las mascotas son bienvenidas , el servicio de bar de la piscina es excelente , Jimena es muy servicial y atenta , Me gustó mucho , me he hospedado 2 veces y todo muy agradable . La única sugerencia q tengo es q el personal del lobby hable un poquito de español para poder entenderse mejor con los huéspedes , muchos no hablamos bien el inglés y eso nos limita a la hora de comunicarnos . En lo demás todo OK ."

"Good morning, I would like to request a refund. I have multiple. Implants about our stay. The bathroom was dirty, mildew on the ways, unpainted spots on the walls where the walls have been plastered and just left with while spots. Our closet door was broken. Our balcony sliding glass door didn’t lock. There was dead roaches on the floor. Check out is at 11 am and at 10 am someone was trying to open the door and walk in- what saved us was that I had placed the lock at the top of the door....

"The Hotel is located very close to everything, but it’s a really old property, It smells very old. The parking is not included in the price of the room, I don’t understand how we supposed to stay in one place and not have a parking included, maybe we need to start going to hotels in bicycles. We ask for a room, but they need to change our room because the tv didn’t work, the maintenance person had to go to our room and they were not able to resolve our issue so the experience changed...

"Well the place is clean and nice, but the tv don't work, and therefore you can watch anything."

"Other than housekeeping not coming one day, the stay was very nice"
