"All good, great bar staff was wonderful, you have a great patio area but the no cigar smoking was a Wah Wah Wah moment for me , drinking, pool , pool table , fire pit place all the pericitos except no cigars was no bueno I had to go to the parking areas to enjoy my cigar. "I will never stay here again. I travel at least once a month and stay at many different properties, so I have a broad perspective on customer service and hospitality standards. I was charged additional fees that should not have been applied, and when I called to dispute them, the manager was rude, dismissive, and offered no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. "Location great, you can walk to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. WiFi very weak in the room, we had a suite and it was not much quicker than the old dial up! Room serviced daily; pool very good with plenty of floats, toys etc to use. We used deck chairs from the hotel for the beach. Decor needs some attention in places. Bar area generally very quiet all the time even when the singer was ok. Parking expensive at $20 per night which was extra"

"The hotel has a lot to offer. It is a resort. Loved the beach, pool , the room and restaurant. The shuttle service was a plus! Greg the bartender at pool bar was awesome! Only negative I can say are low water flow in bathroom and weak WiFi signal. Which they are not game changers at all. Would definitely go back"
