"I was very disappointed with the room instead of having four towels. I had three, no soap to wash my body period. I pulled out the bed and there were french fries and dirt underneath each bed. And your representative on the phone was very rude for the first booking and said I was getting the best deal then I had to call back and I said I just booked it online and I got it $50 cheaper "

"I recently stayed at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel while traveling between Vancouver and Calgary during a move, and it turned out to be an excellent experience.
