"First, the positives - A beautiful old hotel. We enjoyed the meals we had on premise at 1902 and the coffee shop. We stayed in the older, historic section. The room was clean except for a very icky rusty shower drain. The negatives - the room walls were very thin. Our family had 2 rooms but another party was placed in between us. this party had 3+ children that continually screamed and ran up/down the halls. "This was our 3rd year staying here. It’s a great middle point for Storyland & Santas Village (about 30 minute to each). The hotel has a pool and hot tub, they even had pool toys for the kids. Cute little benches outside the rooms and a great common area in the middle with picnic tables, grills, corn hole etc. Shower has great water pressure with plenty of hot water and the beds are comfortable. "You have a welcomed feel as soon as you step into the office. The owner who also runs the place is very helpful and friendly."

"It’s very quiet. The tents are well constructed, & can withstand wind, rain (we experienced both) without issue. The main lodge tent is supplied with a small kitchen, snacks, & merch. The fire pits are abundant (3 total) & there is ample seating. Parking is easy in & out. At night the sky is beautiful. Unfortunately it was cloudy, raining for our stay so star gazing was limited. "This was a return trip staying there. It gives you a mountain feeling staying there. It is very clean and the beds aren't bad. It was too cold for the swimming pool which is sparkling clean. We had the unit with small kitchen. It was nice if we wanted to cook or even popcorn. The price is right and enjoy the mountains behind you"

"Vraiment trop cher pour la qualité. On a demandé de changer de chambre, car la première n'avait pas de fenêtre et sentait le renfermé et escaliers avec tapis mal odorant pour s'y rendre. La 2e chambre était correcte et le personnel a accepté facilement le changement. On voit qu'il y a eux certaines rénovations, mais aurait besoin de beaucoup plus. Petit déjeuner de base avec tables pas très propres et endroit peu accueillant."

"Toiletries were useless. Inadequate towels, soap the size of a dime. Bed and pillows awful Cont breakfast consisted of two loaves of opened bread, jam containers not clean and almost empty, a dozens or so of mini donuts in a tupper- ware container,,,,,,at 7 AM coffees was ice cold. No staff available. Their biggest concern is to over charge all guests that have pets. this place has decreased in performance over the years. I will never stay there again."
