"Most of the amenities weren’t available but the beauty of the chateau and the kindness of the caretakers more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a quiet place to soak in the countryside, this is it. Serene, quiet and beautiful If you don’t have a vehicle be sure to stop at the grocery before heading in. "Très accueillant hôtel sympathique bien situé propre. Dommage que quand on loue une nuit on ne pas payer un supplément pour le lendemain après-midi. Obligé de rendre le logement à 11h du matin le lendemain pour une nuit par contre, dans l'ensemble sympathique tranquille et tout est accessible autour de l'hôtel"

"Wonderful property. Very pleasant setting. Only 20 minutes from there center of Bordeaux. HOWEVER, do NOT try to drive to Bordeaux from this hotel. It took me more than one hour because of the horrible traffic, the oneway streets, the street closures, etc.. even with Gps.Likewise for returning to the hotel from the city center"
