"The view and location is fabulous, and the recent (and very overdue) refit of the rooms is pleasant (although a bit weird in some of the design choices eg. dining table have to sit at an angle). The public corridors were not upgraded, and need to be, especially as they are dated, dark, dank and get no light due to the hotel being built into the side of a hill. Each floor is half carpark (into the hill) and half rooms (facing ocean) - but some floors do not have access to the carpark - so have to...

"The big issue for us was that they have two EV chargers. We booked hotels based on if they have an EV charger. Only one worked and it was in use so we were never able to charge the car which was a real problem."

"Check-in and check out were easy enough. Customer service was satisfactory. But the property and rooms could use some help. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, you could only lock the doorknob (not the deadbolt) from the outside, and the stairs going up to the 2nd floor did not seem sturdy at all. I appreciated the fact that they were pet-friendly though. They didn't even charge extra for my little dog to stay."

"We had a fantastic time here. Shared dock was a perfect place to hang in between exploring and walking distance to a few nice places to eat, aswell as the tube rental place. Room was very clean, had everything we needed, air conditioning kept us cool on the hot day. the little room for the kiddos is a great touch too, you and your family will love it here, we will be back. one minor inconvenience is the parking isnt ideal but its not to bad, not bad enough to deter us from coming back"

"I can see the vision and the property itself is super cute with nice gardens and decor. The toiletries are of high quality and very nice but the basics could do with improvements. We had the garden room for 4 nights. We checked in late and were sent very clear instructions which was appreciated. Once in the room there was no overhead light but there was a light switch so we fumbled around in the dark looking for it. There were two bedside lamps but only one worked. "Clean snd comfortable"

"Such a charming bed and breakfast! Gorgeous view of the ocean and the property was in a well kept neighbourhood. The host was absolutely warm and welcoming. Made my boyfriend and I feel at home. We stayed one night , so it was a brief, but pleasant stay. Breakfast was so good! Will come back in the future for sure."
