"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We did not partake in the complementary breakfast because we were at the fairgrounds for a horse show and had to be at the barn by 5 a.m. breakfast didn’t start till 6. The entrance to the parking lot was rough and needed work. Otherwise the parking was ample. Especially liked how close we were to the fairgrounds, location was perfect and price was affordable."

"Under new management. He’s been working hard to get a rundown motel cleaned up. Still has a long way to go. My friend said his sheets had dirt and hair. My room was clean, except for the Smokey smell, that manager sprayed a deodorizer that helped. "

"It's ok if your a construction worker. But never any hot water always just warm water , outlets didn't, towel bar falling off the wall . The worst part was a guy was peeking in my window late at night. All these reasons is why I checked out a Day earlier"

"When talking to the check-in staff and later another staff, each of them was very helpful. The hotel room bathroom fan was excessively loud and the switch for it also controlled the light. If you wanted light in the bathroom you had to put up with the fan noise. This bothered both of us using the room. The hotel rooms are rather dark and the bespreads, etc. are pretty worn and dated. The room was quiet. If you just want a place to rest, it is fine, but the place is a little shabby."

"No fresh food for four days. No counter service. Bed was ok, but no king size beds. Toilet did not fully flush. Sink cabinetry cracked. Toilet size for children. Room wall light did not work. Window curtain broken. No motel signage. Property not suited for general public. Smells bad. This motel needs to be bulldozed."
