"Property may look clean and new but our experience was terrible The staircase and hallway doesn’t look like it is being vacuumed and maintained, there were mud and rock debris all over the floor Room was clean but we were so disappointed that the bed sheets doesn’t look like they were changed, there were blood stains, other stains, hair strands, rock debris under the sheets. "Beautiful property and the rooms are all individually decorated. The beds are comfy, the towels are fluffy, everything is spotless. Great common area to chill or eat your breakfast. Definitely should stay there again."

"If they have staff it sure wasn’t visible. Couldn’t call they wouldn’t answer phone. Lucky if they answered text. People in and out of parking lot all night long. Abandoned cars in parking spots near wouldn’t turn off had to put ac on. No smoke detectors!! The girl that’s in charge didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Says office open from 8-8. That was a joke. "
