They also have a lovely and very friendly dog which we all fell in love with. Close to the main road with lots of wine tasting places and restaurants and shops. Loved it!"

A few things to keep in mind: the staff only spoke French, so communication could be difficult if you don’t speak the language. The amenities are fairly limited—there was no ice available, no on-site parking, and not many of the small conveniences you might expect. While the room itself was a nice size, I personally prefer hotels...
