"This is a charming, well run place. Not just out of the way, way way out of the way. We prebooked on the Internet, because we were going to Guedelon castle the next day. Wonderful room. Wonderful owners. They do close check in at 9, so don't wait to last minute to arrive. "

"De passage à Cosne-sur-Loire, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Jacques-Louis. Le propriétaire est vraiment engagé pour rendre le séjour de ses hôtes le plus agréable possible. Les charcuteries corses méritent clairement un détour. "

"Very quaint hotel, full of character in a pretty village location. Restaurant was very popular with locals with a terrace option. We would advise ringing ahead to confirm check in time as hotel was closed during the afternoon when we arrived. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and the staff was very responsive and truly cared about doing their best for us to enjoy the stay. We stayed in the top bedroom which was very lovely - we recommend you try it if available. Great breakfast and also the lunch sandwiches were fantastic. We will be back."

"nice traditional hotel. Breakfast was ok but 12 euros each which I thought was expensive for a continental beakfast. Bed very comfortable."

"This is a big lovely house with large beautifully decorated rooms- including several sitting rooms for visiting or reading. There is an amazing view from the terrace. Our hostess was very attentive and helpful and speaks English very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!"
