"The staff were super attentive during our stay. They were super helpful and accommodating for our special needs family. The only thing that wasn’t great was not being able to use our kids meal vouchers because it was dine in only. Our son is autistic and doesn’t do well dining in. So we ended up ordering to our room and paying full price. That was the only disappointing thing about it our stay."

"This was lovely in every way. Right across from the Capitol near breakfast, dinner, and late night. Good paid food options on site, as well. Easy walk to Monona Terrace to see the lake. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Parking was $30 and valet only, but easy to pull into the garage to hand off and pay at the desk. The room was lovely and spacious with a great view of downtown and the water. The pool was nice and not super crowded. Really glad we stayed here instead of on the edge of town...

"If you have an event at The Tin Smith it’s a perfect location. It’s right across from Breese Stevens. Tried to book for a summer concert but the rate tripled so I had to pass. Minimalist environment but that’s all we needed. Friendly staff."

"This hotel ranks up there with the top hotel choices . Well worth the money you spend. Even the room smelled great when I arrived. Txts from the hotel manager to check on me and any needs I may have. Breakfast was excellent. They even had almond milk for persons that prefer or cant do dairy. Pool was nice as was hot tub. Close to everything you could want or need. Highly recommend"

"We were just there for a Saturday night and enjoyed our stay. After a busy day, we enjoyed a few cocktails at the bar and the server was engaging (while busy) Bobcats off to her. A++ stay, thank you!"

"3 people in the room, Given 2 bath towels and told that was all they had. One family member had to dry with hand towels. Breakfast was ok but not restocked and again "ran out" of basics like yogurt. Hotel is near apartment building that can be loud at times. It was close to places we wanted to visit."

"The room was exceptional-spacious, clean and provided everything I could want! (We had a King suite.) The breakfast had a great variety and they even had a 24hr tea and coffee “bar” available in the lobby. The exterior property is a little run down. However I greatly appreciated knowing there is an ice cold, filtered water dispenser available in the exercise room!"
