"5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. "Excelente hotel para hospedarse, acogedor y muy bonito en medio de la selva. La comida buena sin ser la mejor, cocina sencilla. Los recepcionistas muy amables. El cuarto tenía algunos detalles de mantenimiento,como de pintura - nada graves, que podrían mejorar. La regadera es fantástica, super amplia y cómoda. No pudimos usar la piscina porque llovió y estaba fría el agua pero se veía espectacular. El Centro queda como a 20 minutos en carro, nosotros salimos a cenar."

"The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!! "
