"Staff was great! Checked in right away. Fitness room is a small. Bar food was alright."

"Most of our experience was really nice. The shower in our bathroom had some dirty grout, that wasn't as big of a deal. The silicone seal at the bottom did look as though it had that pink mold on it and black mold was visible as you are in the shower looking out. Water damage to the bottom of the door inside the bathroom with peeling paint."

"my family stayed here and absolutely loved it!!"

"It’s a surprise this place is allowed to still be in business. From the lobby to the room, the further you went in the scarier the conditions were. While checking in and waiting in the lobby, I noticed severe water damage to the ceiling. I also found out they charged my card for incidentals before I even arrived and tried to charge me again upon check-in. Then was told I shouldn’t have checked in ahead. We got to the room and it was dirty, there was a part of the flooring that was caved in, the...

"What I liked most was the comfort of the bed and pillows: firm but with a soft, gel-like top. Other things not expected was bathroom hair dryer, in shower shampoo dispenser, cell phone charging plug near the bed, microwave, and refrigerator. Outdoor plants near the lobby were lovely."

"Aesthetic was cool. Clean room. Breakfast just ok. Bed comfort was just ok"

"All staff members I encountered were very friendly. Their greetings were warm and welcoming. Questions that I asked were answered with a warm smile. I was asked if I had anymore questions. That was done with patience. There were plenty of choices for the continental breakfast. And one of my favorites, checkout wasn't until 12pm. I like that it is downtown. I am sure I will be staying again in the future."

"The experience was okay... The hotel is not very clean. I disliked that people were smoking and we could smell the smoke in our room. The price was good."

"I like Indian food, but not in my hotel. The smell walking in was overwhelming. My door didn’t work unless you juggled the handle just right. The furniture was tatty, and the outlet pulled out of the wall when I tried to use it. This place is in dire need of maintenance. The staff was nice, but this place is run down and is showing its age. I wish I would have asked locals before reserving as they all said it’s one of the worst in town. Maybe for half the price I could let some things go, but...

"Our room was fine. Nice sheets and blankets. However the bathroom floor was dirty. Pubic hairs along the shower. It looked like it had not been swept and mopped in quite a while. We got in late and just wanted sleep. That’s why I did not bring it up at the property."

"The property is lovely and spacious. Six of us stayed four nights very comfortably. We had a little snag at check in bc the keypad didn’t recognize my log in number and there was a bit of a panic when I couldn’t reach the guest contact. Once we got that straightened out, everything was fine."
