"The staff were generally cheerful, helpful, and responsive. We had problems with our TV and they managed to replace it with a smart TV the next day. Some annoyances: The advertised “Garden View” was dirt, tree roots, sparse grass and the guest services building. We asked for additional coffee pods but were told we would have to pay an additional &1.00 per pod. The toilet seat would not stay up (only a male problem). "

"This was a great place for a family holiday. Everything was clean, and well prepared for our stay. Nice amount of space, and easy to move around the furniture and didn't feel squashed which is great. Nice balcony. Tiles throughout which was great for pool visits. The pool was great!! Big size, and even at the busiest time there was plenty of space in it, and plenty of seating around for everyone. Couldn't comment much on the rool because we spent so much time in the pool!!!
