"The cupboard in which the refrigerator is located is not ventilated and therefore water is dripping within the cupboard and has rotted the shelving and the door will not close. It created a safety hazard when walking past, especially at night in the dark!! The same issue was also in the bathroom cupboards (water penetrating the timber). We were disrupted by the people next door partying all night until 4am."

"After having driven over 900 kms to checkin at the Across Motel, my Amex was declined although I was told it’s accepted which annoyed me. On checking into the room, all I wanted was a shower, but at best it could only be described as a dribble and very unsatisfying. The traffic noise was atrocious and I barely slept. I checked out at 3am, couldn’t sleep, mainly because of the noise and security light that flooded the room. Very underwhelming experience."
