"Muy muy limpio, la condición del lobby excelente. Pero los cuartos ya están un poco viejos y desgastados. La cama muy cómoda aunque las almohadas un poco planas. Algo que esperaba encontrar era una cafetera o tetera para hacer té o café. El desayuno buffet excelente y muy rico, diario lo mismo pero la calidad excelente 100% vale comprarlo. El personal excelente desde concierge, limpieza y restaurante. 100% nos quedamos otra vez ahí. "

Mi reserva era de media pensión y al día siguiente de llegar ( llegamos sobre las 21:00h) me dicen que no me corresponde ni el desayuno ni la cena pq segun ellos solo tengo reservado alojamiento. Tras mostrarles la reserva que yo tenia de alojamiento con media pension para 2 adultos y 2 niños, finalmente nos dejaron lo q yo tenia contratado, pero no conformes me dicen que ellos no trabajan con hoteles.com, y q solo estan en booking. "I was with my dog and a friend and it was a very nice place, nice staff and great food to eat. I totally recommend it. "

"Beautiful decor, lovely view, large room which was very clean. Very small carpark with difficult entry/exit angle as well. Very hard mattress and pillows made for a rough sleep. At night, a lot of noise and smoke from downstairs. Air conditioner wasn't working, and spa bath didn't work either. Overall, a reasonable price for our stay, but disappointing as from the listing I'd expected more of a luxury escape."
