Thankfully they changed it but when I showed the sofa ( there were crumbs on it) the guy said sofa is sofa. They never take responsibility for anything. "Hotel review – Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable: This hotel is in a catastrophic state and has absolutely nothing to do with a 4-star standard! The rooms are hopelessly outdated, bathrooms and rooms are only superficially cleaned – limescale deposits everywhere, dirty, dull mirrors, and dirty corners you'd rather not see.
