"The access road is very poor with deep channels on the side covered with vegetation. Our car fell in one of the channels as we drove in, possibly causing some damage. We booked through Expedia. Receptionist refused to include breakfast at check-in despite our Expedia reservation showing we had breakfast for 2 included. She said it was a scam, the rate we booked did not exist, we got charged an extra $40 for breakfast! The AirCon did not work properly, likely due to low power voltage. Hot...

"No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment."
