"Staff that cleaned our room was amazing. The only real complaint would be asking for extra things for the room. One person would say we can’t while another would bring the extra towels/blankets to our room. Also, when ordering room service the person making the food wouldn’t make the correct food we asked for. They would bring a completely different order. If the food ordering tightened up and the communication between staff were on point I’d give the hotel 5 stars. More communication and more...

"Overbooked and turned away at 9pm despite confirmed Expedia reservation – unacceptable service Review: I booked a room at Oti Resort (OTI Hotel), Benin City, through Expedia three weeks in advance. "Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience "

"Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night. Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. "
