"We chose this hotel for its location close to eateries etc. Younge lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the bar area next door and had everything we wanted. We ate in the bar the first night and my husband said his fries were the best he'd had. They had a happy hour which we used."

"We decided to take a last minute trip to Tahoe from San Francisco. This hotel was absolutely perfect. Great location, right on the edge of Heavenly Village, but tucked off back into the property speckled with tall beautiful trees to hide away a bit. The design of the exterior is very cozy and cute, like your in the mountains. There is an excellent restaurant right next door, Izabella’s. We walked from our room to dinner and back, and then enjoyed some time in the hotels pool and hot tub to relax...

"I had a bad experience with this hotel I would never stay in this hotel. When you walk towards your room there's hair everywhere and the room smelled too. My biggest thing was we were trying to shower and there was no hot water and when we try to turn it off it wouldn't shut off. Front desk was very helpful but maintanve"

"The view was great. Our room is on the first floor, so we can walk to the beach from the patio. But the sound insulation was not well. We can hear people walking upstairs. And the creaking on the floor."
