"We stayed here to be close to concert venue. Location was perfect. Check in staff were great. Room seemed a bit dated in regards to carpet, but it was clean and quiet later in evening. On site coffee place and brew venue was a plus. Would stay here again."

"We had a great stay, beginning with Daniella who checked us in to the hotel. We had a 15th Floor room with an amazing view of both Heavenly Village and Lake Tahoe! The pool area was nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in service during our visit, but the heated pool was lovely. The newly renovated Tessie's Lounge was an inviting space with delicious drinks and we enjoyed lively conversation with other patrons. We enjoyed the coffee and pastries at Cleo's, especially the hazelnut...

"The hotel advertises that they're right across the beach, and it is, but it's not a walkable sandy beach. The hotel is much outdated than it seems in the photo, the games in the game rooms did not work, the elevator had broken buttons... The ice machine was out of order. No complimentary water, fridge wasn't really cold... The pool and the hot tub was working well, and they had plenty of parking (even in July). Had chosen the great lake view room option, but a building was obstructing our view,...

"The location was definitely the best one by far. Everything was a walking distance to everything in town. We stayed at the suite so it was spacious, clean and comfortable, The breakfast was good, a variety of eggs and bacon and other items such as pastries. The building was alittle rustic looking but I don’t know if that’s how they wanted to look being were in the mountains. The price was alittle high but it is to be expected since we were located in the busy area. I wonder how much would it be...

"The bed that we had was very sunken in and you could feel the spring of the mattress. Location was convenient, 10 minute walk to the casinos and all the shops and restaurants. I got what I paid for. I wouldn't be staying there again."
