"The room is clean but not well equipped our room doesn’t have microwave while the other room same as ours have one. We requested in advance that the rooms we booked to be beside each other but was told that there are no standard room and family room that are beside each other only to find out that my sister in law’s standard room who arrived the next day was put in a room beside the other family room. Limited parking. Location is close to everything."

"The property is great. It’s clean and at a good location. The stuff at the check in center is not too friendly. The big change from two years ago is that they charge $30 for parking and valet parking only. It’s not convenient at all."

"Initially concerned about the exterior not quite matching the interior photos. Upon arrival the room, staff, pools (especially hot tubs), and location in South Lake were amazing. For the price, double queen lake view cannot be beat. Chilaquiles next door, red salsa, add Pastor is a hit."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"The room was clean and the bathroom was modern and looked like it had been remodeled recently. The queen bed was comfortable. The room had a coffee machine and a mini refrigerator. The breakfast had a nice selection, they offered prepackaged frozen sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, bread and bagels, waffles, 2 types of cereal, coffee and a variety of juices."

"Clean and well maintained hotel considering how old it is. Right in the center of town so everything is convenient. You have to street park - but finding a spot was never an issue. I highly recommend!"

"Woman at the front desk possibly the owner was absolutely amazing. We got there a bit early and without questions she gave us the keys to our room. She was so friendly. The place was clean and appeared to be extremely modern and newly renovated. The location could not be better we walked everywhere. I will be returning and staying here again."
