"Staff at the desk, breakfast, and custodial were very cheerful and welcoming. The place was very clean and tidy, and breakfast was good. Great they had so many EV chargers in the lot. Minor complaints were that our shower had a leak that was dripping loudly all the time, and the shower door didn’t close properly. "The hotel itself is nice and the front desk employee was courteous. I’m sure if we hadn’t found 3 different large blood stains down the side of the bed and the carpet wasn’t damp we might have better things to say. We’d go again but we’ll inspect the room first before going to sleep."

"I can only rate this hotel a 10 of a 10. The property is immaculate and located in the heart of downtown Buffalo minutes walk to great bars and restaurants. The hotel offers complementary transportation for free to any restaurant you would like to go which was great. The rooms are sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable. "When arriving at breakfast they were out of almost everything. I was told by front desk they were working on replenishing everything. 30 minutes go by and no fresh food has come out. I was then told they ran out of all hot items except sausage. The fridge was out of milk, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The pancake machine was broken as well as coffee machine out of coffee beans. "HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE.
