"This place is 3 min to the train station and ten min to the cathedral. Restaurants and shops are all around. It’s clean, safe, staff is friendly. I don’t use any of the amenities except breakfast which was buffet style with a good selection (fruit salad from fresh fruit, eggs boiled to your liking self service, scrambled eggs, baguette, pain au chocolat, yoghurt, some seeds and grains, butter, and cold cuts, juice and all manner of coffee. "Room was clean and Brekafast was good value with lots of choice on offer. Air conditioning in both our rooms wasn’t working so the rooms were hot, we informed staff but they just said it’s not working and nothing can be done. "

"We really enjoyed our one night stay at the Originals boutique Hotel. The staff helped us find the parking spot. They also told us about the illuminations each night on 21 various important building around Chartres. The most impressive are the projections on the front of the Cathedral. People were applauding at the end, it was so good. It's free to watch but there is a tourist train that will take you on a 45 min trip the town to see all the illuminations for 9€. I would definitely stay here...
