"Great location for tourist attractions near the National Harbor. Down side, dogs are permitted to stay in rooms and bark all night. We had to change rooms at 2am. No accountability for guests who left them in the room."

"Location is in great spot nice and safe, next to the metro station, staff were friendly, rooms are grade A+ clean, breakfast was okay, love the coffee and water at the reception, but only thing is the valet parking, I wish there is a self parking option, but valet staff were very nice, helpful, requesting a car takes less than 10 minutes, rooftop has been closed to be used to public when we were there so only amenities we able to use is the restaurant breakfast"

"Large room with sitting area and kitchen space, Full breakfast, unique outdoor area The Perch has activities for young, older, and dogs, EV chargers, Wegmans grocery store"

"Towels were dirty. Hair in the shower and on the ceiling. No conditioner in the bathroom. No exhaust in the bathroom. Broken tiles in the bathroom that will cut your feet. Noisy beds. Smelled like marijuana everywhere you went. Shuttle service was unavailable even though it was advertised and that’s why we booked this hotel. Breakfast food was decent but no one was monitoring it. There was a kid coughing and blowing his nose all over everything the whole time we were there."
