"First, I booked this room to save the $20 I would have paid to go to Embassey Suites. Yet when we checked in they charged an extra $15 to park in their lot - which was not full. Then, the first room we went to smelt of mold and mildew. The front desk clerk very kindly changed our rooms (she was great!). The next room smelled fine, but the air conditioner is old and it had trouble keeping up with our cold setting (we like it cold at 68). We also woke up, went to take a shower and the shampoo was...

"We had a wonderful stay . Everyone was so friendly, the room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We also ate and Wren, the food and service was fantastic. We will be back!"

"Room was clean Staff was nice and accomodating Breakfast: The end time should be at 11:00 AM. There was also misunderstanding on end time. Website showed 10:00 but when my travel partner went down stairs at 9:45, all items that was put out was removed. Air conditioning was fine."
