"This is a very nice hotel, with potential with better staff and management it could be so much better. The pools needed cleaning and the restaurant breakfast was lacking. Only one person working, no coffee ready it took a long time to get everything. The quality of the food once we got it was just okay. A Sunday morning you would think that coffee would be a priority. The staff didnt seem to care. I understand now why there weren't many people there for breakfast. My 6 year old granddaughter...

"This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. And I paid more for this stay than I EVER pay for other hotels. The sheets looked rumpled and did not feel or smell as if they had been washed. I literally slept on a bath towel instead of touching the sheets. The common areas of the hotel were dingy, hot, and smelly. This hotel taught me to choose the reservation that allows me to cancel without losing money. It was a nightmare."
