"We stayed at Mare Hotel in Cyprus for one week, choosing it for its beachfront location and advertised five-star rating. The property is beautiful, but the experience fell short. We arrived late due to our flight and found no food available after 11pm. Staff told us to order through an app and collect it at the gatehouse. For a five-star hotel, we expected late-night room service, even with a limited menu. Our room opened onto a lovely semi-private pool, but it was unheated and too cold to...

"You put very high price for me"

"We had a comfortable stay at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel. It is a fantastic property and the cleanliness and service is top class. To name a few Denis was extremely cordial and ensured that we were surprised with wonderful drinks. Klea who works as a hostess at the catering area was understanding and despite being busy always carried a smile and humbleness with her. Tilak who I first met at the Poolside Bar prepared the best Strawberry Daiquiri I've ever had and was very nice to talk to. We...

"First impressions were good , clean hotel and room , friendly staff and very relaxed . First evening we went for dinner and found it odd to not be greeted at restaurant doors or shown to a table or for someone to explain about dinner options Drink choices were very limited but what we did drink was good quality . Bar staff were very good and attentive . On our last day we went down to reception about late check out as we were told on check in we couldn’t book in advance . Reception told...

"From the moment we arrived until the moment we left ,we had the most wonderful time. The Hotel was immaculate in every area and the staff were ,warm , friendly and so helpful. We booked bed and breakfast but ended up eating in the Hotel most nights . The food , at breakfast and dinner was very good , even on the occasions that we were quite late and near the end of service. The entertainment in the evenings was also really enjoyable. The singers and musicians created a calm , relaxing evening...

"Keep up the good work"

"We stayed for a weekend with our family (children aged 10 and 16), and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire hotel was immaculate, from the public areas to the bedrooms. The rooms were modern, stylish and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and always on hand to see if we needed anything. The level of service was genuinely 5-star and made the whole stay feel that little bit more special. The main pool was lovely and well maintained, while the smaller...

"Lovely stay at the Capo Bay hotel. In terms of access to Fig Tree beach it appears to have the best of all the hotels in the area, given that it is a matter of steps from the end of the hotel's land. This means that you can secure a sunbed on the hotel premises and then easily walk in less than a minute to the beach itself without needing to secure a spot / sunbeds when there. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Breakfast was of a good standard. Could be some improvements on certain...

"Air-conditioned and had everything we needed. All-inclusive was a bonus. I thought it was room-only, so that was a happy bonus."
