One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... "If you are looking for a hotel for the location only then this is the hotel. It was right on the lake front with bike, boat and pedalo rental within 50 meters. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel stop. The hotel is very run down and in some areas, and in the rooms furnishings are dirty. We were directed to the building across from the main hotel and had to get in using a code. This didn't work most of the time and other times the gate was just left open . The front door...

"It was a pretty good hotel for the price. We got in just before 10:00 but staff had already left for the night so we checked in through the automated check in, which was pretty smooth. The building is a bit dated so there was some cigarette smell when entering, and the occasional whiff of sewer smell from in the room but it seemed to go away pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and great set up for a family of four."
