"The hotel room was clean, basic standard hotel. No extras such as kettle etc. There was an issue upon arrival meaning there was a significant delay in checking in people. With only one member of staff, doing the best she could, it was still quite a long wait. The hotel could benefit from online pre-checkin. The hotel was ok in every respect, close to the train station and central Brussels however it’s very much of a budget hotel. The value for money was good."

"For the price, the room was small with no amenities worth the money. The TV had about 20 channels with just a couple of them in English. There was no chair in the room to sit. No AC, no tea kettle, no electric adapter….. leaves many with the basics found wanting. Ah…. The plastic glasses were the saving grace and the table fan picked up from reception circulated the air. "There is no elevator and no fan or AC in the rooms. No fridge or no vending machines. The bar area and the terrace are pleasant"

"We stayed for two nights. Room was very clean, comfortable and had AC!!!!! Manuel wnt above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again if we were in Brussels. Breakfast was average for a European hotel, no complaints but don't expect American fare/quantity. Location was easy to get to, parking options exist."
