"Very loud fan in the bathroom, the shower was partially clocked so the water was spraying at reduced capacity, slippery bath tub - no rubber mat for seniors with reduce mobility. Excellent service and great food at the grill & bar there."

"Even though we had to wait for our room to be ready when we arrived and the pool was down for servicing and our tv didn't work, the staff worked to get us in, replaced the tv and had the pool running the next day. Once I sent an email in regards to the issues we were experiencing they supplied us with a food voucher to compensate us. "When I arrived in the vicinity of the hotel, I noticed no parking lot or guests. I drove around the block and could see nohing but road constrution going on with big trucks and constuction equipment. The street in the front of the hotel was extremeley busy and snarled and allowed 2hr. parking on side of street only. I checked inside and they told me two things 1) my Expedia reseration was not listed 2) they had valet parking only for an addicional $35.00. I told them my vehicle was brand new...
