"Room was right outside"

"My room and bathroom was very clean but the toilet didn't flush properly. There were also a lot of cigarette butts on the ground out back in the seating area behind the pool that residents left even though there was a cigarette butt container and a big ashtray. The front also had an empty black and mild box in the ground. The staff was great though. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very cold so I changed the temperature and put it on low. Breakfast was good but it's best to go early so...

"We were woken twice once by the tv turning on welcoming another guest to our room. A second time by Someone walking into our room. Our key was deactivated because they thought we checked out. When we went o check out they said we weren’t supposed to check out until a different day."
