"Not first time here. Receptionist Valeria was very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the waiter mr.Panicos. Suddenly ,not all staff like this in hotel. Manager should do something about this. Such behavior is not acceptable towards hotel guests. Service should be accompanied by a smile and quality ! There is rudeness at the pool bar. These people have no desire to work. "Hotel was super clean with lovely,friendly staff. The pool area and surrounding gardens had many sunbeds so no need to rush to put your towel out! The breakfast was fabulous! So much choice with hot options being hot! Overall an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again. "

"Jättefint nyrenoverat rum. Balkong mot baksida med härlig soluppgång. Gott om solstolar och många trevliga platser att vara på. Utmärkt läge för strandpromenader. Fin pool. En bit ifrån kaoset i centrala Ayia Napa. Hotellet fungerar bra som ”resort” om man vill slippa staden men det går lätt att ta sig till centrum. Bra frukost. Restaurangen under segeldukar var superfin och serverade mycket god lunchmat/tidig middag och rikliga portioner. Rooftop Burgers får 5/5 stjärnor. Riktigt bra burgare...
