"Great concept but… Need instruction for HVAC (blows directly on bed. Dual out instructions on phone for local calls (dial 1 or dial 9 did not work). TV instructions would’ve been nice as we did not want ti stream our own system. Loft area is NOT little kid friendly. Railing is no taller than mattress and a very scary 10ft drop. Doggy guests need to be in their own isolated area. Any chance of wildlife sighting is shot with dogs scampering everywhere. Awoke to barking dogs in next dome...

"The rooms need major updating, our curtains had holes, the bathrooms doors needed painting, the bathroom door towel fixture was falling off, the bathroom sink barely drained. But the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good! Great location for the west side."

"Smelled like mold; HVAC did not work; fist hole punched in bathroom door; artwork removed from wall, leaving blank frame; elevator broken; bathroom tile cracked; virtually no wares at all; single chair in a room for 2;towel rack broken off wall.. is this a long enough list for Expedia to delist this property? I've stayed in plenty of hotels and this is by far the worst ever."
