"This property needs some updates. The first room we were in had a non-working tv and the toilet needed to be replaced. The next room we were in, the air did not work well, the shower curtain did not stay closed and the toilet was loose. I had my own white towel (which had a total different look than their towels) and they took it when they came to clean the room. When I told the property manager, he said he would speak to the cleaning lady and return it. I was there an additional two days after...
