"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. A main issue was that the service at the restaurant was very much sub-par, disorganized and somewhat chaotic. This was not the fault of the servers as they were doing their best to meet the demand and expectations while running around to serve multiple tables. The restaurant and bar just appeared understaffed. This made it difficult to have a relaxing lunch or dinner....

The service and facilities were great and the restaurant food was really delicious. We could store our bikes in a secure location underground. One thing we find random is when hotels that come with such price tags do not include basics like breakfast or parking, but this was clear when booking."

They stored our luggage so we could be out of the room on time but still explore before we needed to get to the train station."

"This hotel has a stunning view of the lake. Our room was large with a wrap around balcony. The food was delicious. There is a “walking path” to downtown which is convenient during sunlight hours."
