"What a charming hotel. The amenities were top notch and the view absolutely stunning. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. The air conditioner wasn’t great, and that’s something I find to be a necessity when traveling, but thankfully I’d brought a mini fan, so it worked out well enough. "Nous avons été coincé dans l ascenseur pendant 30 minutes sans actions de l assistance Otis et du personnel qui n entendait nos cries ou nos tambourinages sur les portes alors que nous étions 4 personnes avec une vieille dame de 76 ans. Nous étions coincés entre le 1 et le rdc. Après 30 minutes comme par magie l ascenseur c est débloqué et nous avons dû nous dépêcher pour ne pas rater les restes du petit déjeuner."

"We were staying here for an over night stop en route to the alps. Our main reason for booking was that there was a restaurant on site but upon arrival we were informed it was closed. We ended up getting a takeaway baguette for our dinner, eating it in the car park. Not ideal. Breakfast okay but poor selection available and flies all over the food that wasn’t under cover, so pretty stale."
