"Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Room Issues My experience at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. First, the lift capacity was limited to only three people, and one of the lifts was out of order. As a result, the waiting time to use the lift was extremely long, especially in the morning, which caused considerable inconvenience. The housekeeping service was also unsatisfactory. The room was not cleaned daily unless I specifically requested it. Towels were not changed...

"Nice hotel in a great location, staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was good overall and conveniently located close to the city center. The room was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable selection. Overall, a pleasant stay and a convenient choice for exploring the city."

"Great hotel and great location! From the welcome drink to the checkout, our entire stay went well. They even have a coffee/tea station that is available 24 hours. We would highly recommend staying here."

"Well-designed, lovely spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. Beautiful Italian restaurant with great authentic dishes. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They make you feel very welcome. Lots of breakfast choices, hot or cold. Eggs and omelettes made to order. Overall we had a wonderful stay."

"A great place to stay. Always clean and great staff"

"Das Zimmer war sauber, aber im Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen. Die Lage ist super."

"Very clean , excellent location, good breakfast, overall very good value for money"

"Lovely"

"The hotel had a line for registration that seemed like an amusement park, very short staffed. The restaurant has very good service and the food is good, the rooms are not that well kept, there’s no fridge, I had to go downstairs to ask for a blanket because our heating wasn’t working properly. Overall too expensive for what we received"

"Wonderful hotel. Clean & spacious rooms, staff friendly & helpful. Outstanding breakfast! Walking distance to train station, old town & the famous old brewery mall. Bakery on site. This was our second time staying at Mercure in Poznan. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great location, well maintained hotel, clean and well equipped room, friendly staff. Everything was excellent, however I was slightly disappointed with limited vegan options at breakfast, this could be improved on."

"The rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. It is basically in the airport parking lot. You can walk to the terminal in about three minutes"

"staff were so friendly and attentive, with a welcome drink, little treat each morning, parting gift, choice of toiletries and pillow firmness, stupendous cooked breakfast you can order in addition to a really lovely buffet selection, absolutely gorgeous!"
